Morning Prayer
Unfortunately, we cannot meet together at the moment. Hopefully we can meet again when our new Vicar is appointed, but please do use the prayer links below and pray with us in your homes.
This happens every day, from Monday to Thursday. Morning prayer is a way to start the day right with God, and though it usually only consists of a few people, it is foundationally important to the life of the church.
We meet in the church on Mondays to Thursdays at 8.30 a.m..
The form of the Daily Office that we use can be found here. Sometimes, however, we might pray in a more informal way, using one or more of the lectionary readings. Or we might use an alternative form of morning prayer, such as that of the Northumbrian community.
